Marketivity’s principals have a 30+-year track record of delivering dynamic, high-impact training covering a wide range of critical marketing skills. Our programs range from ‘Marketing 101’ to advanced client development training for experienced business developers. Though we do provide public training sessions through organizations such as SMPS and AIA, we prefer to carefully tailor our programs to your firm's and staff’s unique needs and markets, from training for large groups to individual coaching.

The firm’s pursuit and presentation training uses ‘real life’ scenarios and extends to coaching teams in the development of actual short-list presentations and effective delivery skills. This can extend to working with key individuals on their presentation skills, transforming them into effective, confident speakers. We complement the training with strategic pursuit management services including:

  • guiding opportunity development and relationship-building
  • overseeing proposal development and blue/red-team reviews
  • shortlist presentation creation and refinement

Marketivity also supports development of your in-house resources. Our assistance ranges from training marketing staff to conduct client feedback interviews or market research, developing an on-going client check-in program and training your project managers to do project performance audits with their key clients or enhancing the presentation coaching skills of your marketers. Marketivity can also develop on-going in-house programs for delivery by internal trainers.
